My Willow pup has never been to the groomers before today. The Happy Tails Critter Care staff was prompt, kind, and qenuine with both my dog and I. My dog came back looking fabulous. Thank you so much for your service!

Booked an appointment three months in advance and a week prior they asked to change my appointment date. She partially groomed my dog and then texted me that the dog was too anxious for her to continue, stating that she was expecting a dog more used to being groomed. I had told her when I booked the appointment that she had not been to a groomer before. She also made excuses that her wrists were too sore to finish the job. I wouldn't recommend this groomer for puppies unless your dog is extremely chill.

Amazing! I looked for a quality groomer for nearly an entire year! It was a major struggle finding skilled and professonial groomers in my area. Happy Tails was recommended by a neighbor who is also particular about how their dogs are groomed. HT is the best in town! My dog loved her. I felt comfortble leaving my dog with the groomer. After his groom we went shopping and strangers stopped to compliment his grooming. The groomer did a poodle puff which is what I was used to before I moved to area. Honest recommendation - this groomer is awesome!

Great service! Clean kennels, and runs. My high energy dog was given daily exercise time.Will board here again!
