I stopped here on the way from Vancouver to Banff. Only thing the stopover was useful for was the washroom, which wasn’t very clean & only one of the basins worked.Food was non existent & drinks were only from a vending machine. Heating didn’t seem to be turned on.Staff as a general rule are grumpy and uninterested, and there’s a severe lack of communication. We had a passenger on our bus who should have changed to a connecting bus but there was no announcement or information once we got to Kamloops so he ended up on the way to the wrong place.

Today i missed my bus and was told to wait for the next bus. 3 hours later while checking in i was told to pay $21, asking why i was not told earlier the lady at the counter responded It does not matter if you were told or not

The online booking is an exercise in frustration. Tried booking a trip for my mother (90+ years old) and sailed easily through all of the process until it came time to pay. Pop-up stated that there was a problem with the credit card. Said to check with the bank. That was exactly the same problem we had a year ago when we tried to book a trip. There was no problem and the agent was happy to take the credit card info. Greyhound needs to acknowledge that there is a problem in its booking process and fix it. But the company refuses to acknowledge that there is a problem and so won't ever fix it. Frustrating, frustrating, frustrating. Stay away!

Arrived at midnight and there were no food options other than a vending machine that was eating people's cash. The station does offer sandwiches, but they were all out. Otherwise, I love that there was a water fountain. Washroom doors had no locks in the men's room.

I travel through Canada with the Greyhound bus since 5 months and even in big cities like Calgary I never had any issues. I even was in Kamloops before and it was all good. But today there was the unfriendliest woman I've experienced in this country so far giving out tickets. She pretended my baggage was overweight (it never was before at the airports etc and I did not add anything so that seems really weird to me) but she wouldn't tell me how much so I ended up paying 21 dollars extra for a 22 dollar ticket without the prove that it was actually rightful.Hopefully that was the last time I had to deal with a person like that.

One of the least inspiring places I have ever been. The Bus depot looks like everyone has just given up any aspiration to do any good in that place. The facilities are clean but haven't been updated since some time in the 80s. It is sad that public transport is so neglected in this country. But what can we do but put on the sunglasses and ride away on our way towards a better place.

The place we bought our tickets at, the guy actually smelled of pee to the point everyone was complaining and going outside in the heat to wait. The bus driver was also extraordinarily rude. Beyond rude. He upset multiple people on the bus by barking at them. I will say the ride was fast and smooth, so that was a saving grace that afforded 3 stars for an otherwise horrible experience.

Terrible customer service. Ticket sales office hours are inconsistent. Bathrooms are filthy. Often you will find used drug paraphernalia such as syringes in the washrooms. I also have regularly found myself accosted by vagrants both inside and outside of terminal. Especially when going outside for a cigarette. Drivers and security are not very diligent about keeping drunk and intoxicated people off the bus or out of the station. More often it's other passengers that help you out when you are being hassled. Prices are high and service is low. Seating in station is very uncomfortable and the seats on the bus are almost as bad. If your over 5 feet tall forget about leg room. Staff are generally unfriendly and less than helpful in the station. Although most of the drivers seem to be courteous and friendly. My advice to anyone thinking of traveling is to find another way to get where your going if at all possible. Hitch-hiking in the dead of a Canadian winter is usually a preferable experience.

The woman who was tending the ticket booth was rude when we inquired about an arrival bus which our son was to be travelling on from Cadet camp in Vernon. She treated us like the many undesirables that hang out there. Although I understand that she must deal with a lot of situations in a day, you would think the opportunity to answer a simple question, would be welcomed.... it was not. I am thankful I do not rely on this place for my transportation.

Catch a bus here but if you expect cleanliness find another mode of transportation. The place is so filthy. The resturant is questionable at that.
