Bought my wedding dress here off the rack and received amazing customer service when it came to alterations. Needed to change the back from buttons to a corset as it was too small and Jane made it happen that evening so I could pick up my dress before leaving for Calgary the following afternoon. After being to other shops where sales people laughed at my <$1200 budget I was welcomed here, had many options to chose from in the new dresses section, and received really great advice/feedback from the lady helping me. You won’t get the glamorous bridal treatment you get at more expensive stores but my dress was my absolute dream dress and all after alterations was under $700. Would recommend this store over and over again.

Have gone here for my cousins wedding dress (purchased), and so far 2 bridesmaids dresses (purchased), and I have to say this place is a gem! They have been working so well with us, every request has been accommodated. They are truly great people, who want the best for their customers!

I went wedding dress shopping yesterday with my sister at bliss bridal and Jane helped me find a dress that made me feel beautiful and she was so sweet and helpful. Thank you Jane for being amazing. You made my experience of wedding dress shopping fun and enjoyable.

During the first half-hour in the store they were pretty eager to provide support and pull dresses (I had booked a bridal consult), but for the last hour the sales ladies kind of faded away and it was just my mother and I looking around. I didn't end up finding my dress here, but they definitely weren't a horrible place to shop. Worth a try, but you can definitely get much much better service elsewhere!I do have to say though, their consignment section is very cheap for how nice some of them are! Would definitely suggest taking a look if you are on a tight budget and want to take a go at it.

These ladies hit it out of the park!This place was unassuming at first but after a little bit of looking I found a stunning dress on a mannequin!I’ve been wanting a beautiful dress with beautiful bishop sleeves but they’re always so unbelievably expensive.As I was dancing around this dress, they pulled out detachable bishop sleeves!!It was like a perfect fairy godmother moment.These ladies will be making me custom sleeves to match the dress and fit me perfectly.Altogether, the dress, alterations and custom sleeves came to $1200.Cheaper than renting in some places!I highly highly recommend this place, these ladies are wizards and can make any dream come true!!

I’m going back to Bliss tomorrow to do another search! I came to this store 2 weeks ago and from the exterior, I thought..is this really going to be the place where I would find a good dress? The shop is not fancy and can be overwhelming. But to my surprise, it was the best shop experienced by far! Their dress options were great and the prices were beyond reasonable. Jane was a sweet lady and worked very hard to find me options. She never gave up. Although I didn’t buy anything that day, I went to other shops (even as far as Langley) and found the other shops are overpriced and strict with how you can pick out dresses. So tomorrow I’m going back to Bliss and hopefully I’ll find a good dress. The reviews are real, Jane is really great.

Bliss Bridal was amazing! I had already found my wedding dress when I walked into this store, but we found some Bridesmaid dresses that worked perfectly! She had to do some quick alterations since my bridesmaids were only getting in two days before the wedding, and they came out perfect! Thank you so much!
