Ordered a bowl for 16 dollars and got a tiny bowl - the size of a mid-sized yogurt container with a dismal amount of greens and 6 pieces of salmon. When I saw how much I was getting for the price I politely asked for a bit more seaweed - the employee picks up a singular piece of seaweed and puts it in. I have never written a poor review for any restaurants but this place felt like a scam. I have been to other locations and been pleased with the service and product - but after today's experience I will no longer be going to any of their locations.I encourage you to take your money elsewhere.

Have been to this location three times and today was the last. The bowls are quite frankly a rip off here. They never fill it to the top and today's was the worst. There was barely any rice in mine so the ingredients were drowning in sauce. I've been to the original location on 109St many times and the bowl there are much more reasonable. I get the same ingredients everytime so I know what a fair sized bowl should look like.

First time trying poke, I ordered The Works" with white rice. They're using a plastic bowl for the food. I thought it was not much so for sure I could easily finished it. But surprisingly

This branch of Splash Poke is really nice and cool, the staff are really friendly. Costumer Service two thumbs up! They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is all fresh, healthy, highly recommended, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ended up getting 'The works' None of the ingredients tasted fresh or very appetizing.Cringing when they pulled all the ingredients out of tins like I was at a subway. This is raw fish it's worrying thinking how long the ingredients have been sitting there.

Splash poke used to be my favourite poke store. However, I was disappointed with the portion here. Ordered two scoops of protein but the portion they gave was less than that. Definitely not worth 20 dollars.

Customer service is not good(Monday 8:30pm)I think the counter attendant was having a bad day. Paid $19.90 and wasn’t happy at all. Northgate location is still the best.

I wanted to eat at splash poke but it was 3 minutes before they opened. She gave me major attitude and refused to eat hear because of eat. Do better

This is my go-to treat whenever I go to the mall. Usually sit in the food court and sometimes take it to go. I always get “the works” plus avocado; sometimes with extra add ins. Fresh and clean eating. I recommend trying this to everyone!

Love Splash Poke. The Works is my all time favourite. Highly recommend. Best poke bowl I’ve ever had has come from Splash Poke! Consistently delicious and fresh.Highly recommend upgrading your tuna if that option is available.
