Can never get a cab, either the line is busy, or the wait is an hour. I k ow when a person wants a cab, they usually want it within 15 minutes. I think they should, either add more drivers, or just close their doors and make room for someone who wants to run a business!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Numerous times I have called and asked for a wait time, been told a wait time and then been made to wait double to triple my wait time. As a student and mom who uses this company to travel for school and daycare, being on time is important to me. This last straw I called at 4:02pm and asked for a wait time, was told 20 minutes, it's now 5pm and the cab is still not here. I was to be at the daycare to pick my daughter up at 4:30 and the daycare closes at 5. I would have just walked had I have known I would be late to get my daughter which is why i asked for a wait time. This is unacceptable from a transportation service, and I will not be cabbing with Layton's ever again or recommending them to anyone either.

The first experience i had with laytons was not good with the driver completely ripping us off with the amount of money we were supposed to pay but the driver we had tonight was so amazing and sweet

Rude and unprofessional from the moment they answered the phone with a “hi” it was clear from the conversation that the dispatcher would rather not have my business. She seemed short and inconvenienced by the call, told me it would be at least 40 minute wait for a cab on a Monday morning, I said I would call somewhere else and she was happy with that. G&D also indicated a wait but it was 10-15 and they were very pleasant so I will call them first from now on.

Called at almost midnight because I was stranded at the side of the road after hitting a pothole. They very promptly arranged to get me and my dog safely home. So friendly and helpful and caring. Thanks to Ron and the lady on the phone!!!!

Been dealing with Laytons for over a year now and their honest and try to get calls done with the best they got. Drivers are cool and helpful, dispatch is awesome, have never had any issues with them at all!

So tonight I was suppose to get a cab to my work well they showed up but didn’t wait for me to get out at 11:34 at night, had to wait around Robbie street at sketchy hours (not the first time this happened because of this cab company either) not happy

we had ali (not sure how to spell) but he was the best we could ever ask for!!!! after having many different modes of transportation throughout my lifetime and couldn’t have asked for anyone better, he is so hardworking and so nice i really hope everything goes well for him!!!!!!!

They take forever to get to you, so it’s only good if you’re booking your ride ahead of time, and you’d better be out there 5-10 minutes before the time you booked, or else you’re screwed… they don’t wait at all.

Nice drivers but the wait times are excruciating and nowhere close to the time You’re told to expect. Whatever they tell you on the phone, add at least 30 minutes of waiting, every single time, regardless of time of week. Currently on minute 40 of waiting for a car that would be here in “10 minutes”
