James was really great with setting us up with blinds for a home we purchased; he has a lot of product knowledge, gave us plenty of options to chose from, and worked around our schedule for measuring and installing. On top of being extremely knowledgable, having very competitive prices for really great quality product, James was also easy to talk to and very friendly. He made the entire transaction really positive. Highly, highly recommend!

It shows he is a business owner and cares about quality product. When one of the blinds needed to be adjusted, he was back at our place the next day. James was awesome to work with and did an incredible job. He was quick to respond to any questions we had, and was able to get everything in for our date of possession (and work around our schedule for install, which was important to us with the current pandemic). We had exterior mount wood blinds installed throughout our home, and they look fantastic. The manufacturer supplied an incorrect part, but James secured a replacement and will be coming back to install it at no cost. How someone deals with issues like this is just as important as the price (which was also great)! We wanted to go local, both to support a local business as well as to have local support, and we are very happy with our decision. I would highly recommend Blinds By DB.
