I went as a group with my family.It was around 45 min before anyone got food of any kind despite us being one of the only people in the place.When we received our food, my brother's order was completely wrong, my own meal expectations weren't satisfied, and our food order was split incorrectly. It had taken so long for us to get our food that we did not bother causing a scene since the server's seemed to be rather unavailable.Overall I liked the building itself, the atmosphere and decor was really charming. But that didn't carry the restaurant as a whole very far in my opinion.Overpriced, and while the food wasn't bad it wasn't by any food standards very good.I would likely only come here again if someone else was paying.Otherwise, not likely to be my choice in restaurant.

Went here for our first time and it definitely did not disappoint. Great service and cozy atmosphere. Food was delicious! Highly recommended for the seafood lovers!

We had the most wonderful over all experience at pacific belle. Moe and Christa Lynn were genuinely kind throughout. The food absolutely exceeded our expectations. We will be back very soon!

Amazing date night dinner. Wednesday half off bottles of wine we had a Cave Spring Rose. Started with a dozen oysters. Mains were haddock fish and chips and the shrimp po boy with poutine. Portions were huge, everything was so fresh too. We will be back!

We had the gift of our first visit to this wonderful restaurant last night! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left everything was extraordinary!! We felt like we were guests and the food was all fantastic! From the Shrimp P.O. Boy to the halibut and Shrimp Tacos we couldn’t have asked for better quality!! The Oscar fries are a treat indeed! The portion sizes are huge and for the top notch quality the prices are on point!! If you love seafood this is the place to go!! We will be back!!

Windsor - this is such a gem! Absolutely wonderful seafood, cocktails & desserts. Large, very shareable portions. The atmosphere is jazzy, nostalgic & upscale. A great new addition to the fabulous Windsor food scene. We were all blown away.

Soft Jazz music.Great decore. Great place for romantic meal.Outstanding service! The food was fine dining quality. It was my birthday and our first visit!From Oxley Pinot Gris to creme brulee and expresso a hard 10 of 10! Highly recomend and we shall return!

We’ve driven by Pacific Belle a thousand times and finally decided to try it out after our neighbours gave it a great review.I’ll start my review with the important stuff: the food. We ordered both soups to start, the French onion and the smoked perch chowder. The broths were so flavourful and I appreciate the use of fresh herbs and ingredients. The portions were big which properly reflects the price of the soup. (I would love to see a smaller option become available).For our mains, we ordered the 2 piece halibut fish and chips, the bang bang shrimp and the Oscar fries (their version of a seafood poutine). The food served was elevated without being pretentious. And everything was delicious! All the portions were generous and we ended up taking some home. So sadly, we had no room for dessert.If you care about the other stuff at a restaurant, keep reading. The inside of the restaurant is on the smaller side (seats under 50ppl). There was light jazz playing throughout our meal to help create a romantic ambiance. The nautical theme is modern and tasteful done with dark green walls, gold accents, natural woods and leathers. The many nautical themed pictures on the wall added a lot of character. Good quality dinnerware and cutlery were selected for this restaurant. And the chairs were extremely comfortable!Moe was polite and professional while he waited on us. He didn’t make us feel rushed and honestly answered any questions we had about the menu.We will 100% be coming back for a bowl of soup on a cold winter night. I also look forward to trying other items on the menu at our next visit.
