My husband and I wanted to try this place and today was the day . We read the reviews and I was horrified to read the review from one of the customers. Made me want to try this place even more. The food was great and the waitress was fantastic, even going above explaining one of the dishes to me. The margaritas were excellentThank you for the great experience , we will be back!!

The food were ok. The Pupusa were good. The Lomo A la plancha was small. I was still hungry after, and not for $18. The soup was amazing and highly recommended. The service was ok. It’s a family run business and I get it. L.

The Pupupas were very good. No question about it. The salsa and curtido on the other hand, definitely lacked. The sauce was too runny and lacked flavor. The curtido also wasn't pickled with enough vinegar, it was more like fermented cabbage. Over all, good but just lacked on the toppers.

I used to come to this restaurant with my dad probably around 15 years ago fairly regularly. My father and I had discovered it by happenstance, trying out random restaurants and seeing what we liked. We ordered the Mexican nachos and instantly fell in love with the food. The flavours, the fresh salsa, (I believe called chimol), spicy avocado sauce, everything was amazing. We branched out to trying many more dishes and were never disappointed. Over a decade has gone by since my father passed, life got busy with life and I had pretty much forgotten about this place. I was looking for a place in the area to have lunch with a friend last week and rediscovered Acajutla. I was excited that the menu looked the same as far as I could tell and of course I got the Mexican nachos and was not disappointed! With all that's changed over more than 15 years it was a blessing to have some good things stay the same!

Came here for ‘Cinco de Mayo’ this evening and our whole family loved it! Very pleasantly surprised. Highlights for me were the delicious pickled cabbage and pupusas. My husband and kids both really enjoyed their tacos. The nachos were also delicious. My kids kept saying how much they loved the food so that is a WIN! We will definitely be back.It has a nice, bright, colourful atmosphere and friendly customer service as well.

The service was good and it was nice sitting outside in the sun. The food was ok, the taco was a bit dry so was the tostada but the pork papusa was really good and my friend loved the cheese one. The horchata was pretty good also.

Horrible service and the margaritas don't taste at all like that, and the people there are so rude and the tamales" tastes like something was wrong and the "pasteles" were So salty and we have to wait for long time for the ticket and at the end we have to ask for the bill and they charge us for things that we give back because they were not good but still charge and the owner or the woman in charge called me Crazy just because i said Why i have to pay for something i give back because didn't taste like has to and i have a video. In Spanish talking video. And before to finish talking my friend was already pay for all and after she heard that was when she called me Crazy

We love this restaurant. Our typical order is two combination plates with two small green sauce. And maybe two cheese pupusas! I ordered a bean and cheese burrito last time. It was delicious and El Salvadoran style compared to a Mexican style burrito. Very tasty food!

The best pupusas we've ever had!! Made fresh, served quickly, piping hot. This place is a must try. Also had tostadas, the shrimp and horchata. All good but absolutely blown away by the pupusas! Also received great, friendly service.
