I can safely say the 3 hour trip to buy the car was worth it; every member of the team was kind, genuine, and happy to help and be a part of the buying experience.Coby was laid back, helpful, and a pleasure to purchase a car from. EMG had a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV that i had been searching for, the right budget and quality plus the backup of being a main dealer. I had my current car to part exchange which was made very easy by them to undertake. I dealt with Mark Sturgess who I found to be fair even when our valuations were slightly apart, he was open to negotiation which i always appreciate in business and in the end i felt i got the value for money i was looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We recently bought a second hand Outlander here. The whole process was super professional and personable. Coby was available on the end of the phone to answer little and large questions. When we wanted the vehicle a little earlier than planned he went the extra mile to ensure all the checks, cleaning etc were completed on time. At no time did we feel pushed into purchasing the car, just reassured and confident in the sales team. Could not recommend them more highly. And the car is great, totally suitable for our growing family family and has lots of little extras which make life that little bit easier. We love it!

Mitsubishi service.Bought a PHEV here 3 years ago. Why a car costing nearly £45k doesn't come with full on board Sat Nav, and you can't turn the autobrake permanently on I don't know.Ride is awful for passengers but as a driver it is sound, indeed great, especially if you turn sport mode on. Full electric mileage is too little. Cannot get 25 miles even with all gizmos and heating off and driving really carefully. Hybrid mode is quite good but does not give anything like the claimed economy, again even if driving with full economy.However EMG service team are friendly, respectful, informative and competent. It surprises me that they don't complementarilly charge the vehicle when they have it all day, or give it a simple valet. A small thing but goes a long way on customer impression. £350 for a full service seems quite a lot.My old Renault cost less and it got cleaned, even if it didn't really need it.All of which gives me pause for thought as to what make and dealership supplies my next car.

Excellent experience in every way. Purchased a used Eclipse Cross 4WD in outstanding condition and perfectly presented. No high pressure sales here just great service. Mark Sturgess and Danny Nellist were both great to deal with. Service team have also been very professional. Highly recommended and will be back when servicing is due. After countless visits to another dealer, where I purchased various expensive accessories, and had them installed on my Mitsubishi truck -EMG Duxford FINALLY solved the issues. They were extremely professional, knew exactly what the problem was and worked tirelessly to put them right. I cannot praise them enough and wished I had gone there in the first place. We bought a used Volvo from EMG a couple of weeks ago, and we were very pleased we chose EMG to buy from. They were very professional (Coby initially showed us the car and then Danny Nellist helped us with a test drive on our second viewing and then completed the sale/exchange with us). Very helpful overall, no pressure sales. The car seems everything it should be so far, and we compared the price/quality with others we tested and this car was far superior, and the garage very professional to deal with. The car was prepared well for our collection, and so far we are very happy customers. Thanks Danny and EMG.

Took my c4 grand Picasso 1.6hdi blue to them with a faulty handbrake in which they did not repair did a software update on the car but failed to turn the modules back on for which the car has fitted so they then gave me a car back in 100% worse condition than when I gave it to them so basically the car went in with broken handbrake but got given back to me with more lights on the dash than my Xmas tree had no power steering no speedo no reverse sensors no reverse camera no on board computer had the cheek to charge me £144 for this service I will def never recommend any one go to this garage and Citroen cars are now at the bottom of my list for getting another one

In particular, we appreciated the patience and the extreme clarity by which he explained all the details of the finance options.
