I enjoy the new Tim Hortons near downtown kingston. Bright and clean. Food is good you. Like their sandwiches. And maybe a donut for dessert.

I found it to be a peasant experience. It was not busy at the time I was there. It is a convenient spot in the store, near the front but not intrusive. This makes it possible to get a beverage before or after shopping if you please or not at all. There is no pressure from the workers to buy anything which is nice. It was the first time I had that particular drink dragons breath I believe it is called. Dragon something, my memory is not at all like it used to be. It was very tasty I really enjoyed it. Over all it was a very pleasant experience, and I'm sure I will go back to this particular location many times. While shopping there in the store or when I visit my friend across the street and we want a good tasting beverage. I will tell my friends and family what I think of this location. Its a great Starbucks location to visit any time.

I think there’s about a 15% chance you get your drink made correctly at this location honestly it’s a disaster over here.

The staff at this location seem to really take their time. I have waited at the counter without being acknowledged or welcomed while baristas worked on other orders for quite a while before. All of my drinks have been made correctly, but this location does not seem to have the same sense of courtesy that is seen at other Starbucks locations. The convenience of being located inside the grocery store is very nice though and the lineup is usually short (although that doesn't necessarily speak to wait times).

Last time I went to this Starbucks they messed up my drink so 6 months later figured I would give them a chance again and no they messed it up again. Am thinking they didn't get the same training as others be ause they are not affiliated with other Starbucks. Won't go again

Staff obviously weren't trained on how to make drinks before opening up. Drink has been made wrong everything I've been there not worth $5+ for a drink.

One of the baristas (who I believe was a supervisor, she seemed to be training someone else) was extremely rude. I waited by the register for a couple minutes for her to even notice I was standing there. She misheard my order and blamed me for misspeaking when the drink was incorrect. Just altogether an uncomfortable experience that left me feeling uneasy. I would have been happy to pay for the difference to have my drink the right size but that option was not offered to me.EDIT to add: the person that was being trained, however, seemed very sweet and kind - albeit, a bit nervous. Don't worry - the first little bit is difficult but it gets easier! Just keep your head up and stay kind to customers and you got this.

This Starbucks location is NOT being straightforward. I tried to order starbucks iced latte beverages in a reusable cup. I'm trying to be environmentally friendly. However the baristas is grab a plastic cup, trying to get me to use plastic cup and rip me off. I told her that I'm ordering in reusable cup. She said I'm using a plastic cup to measure it." I find it strange. I cancel the order. If you are using a reusable cup to order
