Windows To Adoor

We had a great experience with Windows to Adoor. They replaced all of our windows in our home and the quality is fantastic. You can really feel the difference. Install was a breeze, they guys kept out place clean and did it in good time. I'd highly recommend them.

All windows were installed satisfactorily. They definitely weren’t top-of-the-line. Anyway, I had an issue with my patio door and 3 years later nothing has been done. There is shavings of some sort between the glass. This does not make it unusable, however I paid for a new door, so I shouldn’t have to be looking at stuff between the glass. I reached out to the owner Tyler several times who told me he ordered a new section of the door but it would take some time due to delays because of covid. The last time I reached out to him, I didn’t hear back from him at all. I had also requested a few additional repairs, and again nothing was done. It’s unfortunate because the customer service is pleasant.. Now I am getting a new front door and I would’ve went with them had the issues been resolved. I actually did reach out to them about a new front door, but I’m guessing they didn’t get back to me because they didn’t want to deal with the issue with the patio door, that they still had to deal with. Now I am thinking that he never did order another section of the patio door and that he just said that to keep me quiet. It was very unfortunate as the owner Tyler seemed like a nice

We just had Tyler and his team install new windows in our home. Tyler worked with us to get the best windows for our budget. We were pleased with the work. The windows are beautiful and the install was done quickly. The guys who did the work were very professional and they cleaned up everything before they left. I feel like we received good value for our money and have recommended them to 2 of our friends.

The products themselves are good, but if you have any issues you're on your own. Had two doors and a window installed, one door kept blowing open, the other door came without a lock. Talked to Tyler (after calling a few times) and was told they had a crew in the area and would be fixed that week. That was 6 months ago, no follow up to reschedule or let me know that they wouldn't make it out. Not surprised though he made it clear on the phone he wasn't too keen on dealing with the issues.

Do not bother going with this company! We had our front door replaced. Less then a year later, the frame around the window on the inside door started curling up - MELTING!! When I finally got a hold of Tyler, he said it's not his problem, that I should have kept the window in the screen door open!! He refused to come by to take a look, nothing! He then stopped returning calls, etc.

Tyler was very helpful and good to work with in selecting our new windows. Great price, great service. The installation crew did a fabulous job, professional and paid attention to detail. Highly recommend.

We are return customers and highly recommended Tyler and his team. We are very pleased with the quality of our windows and are especially happy with some unique specifications they provided. Installation was always on time (or early!), the windows well priced and service friendly.

I've worked with Tyler at Windows to Adoor for about 6 years now and have had windows replaced at 7 houses (we flip houses) and have always found them to be better a 1/3 less cost than the competition, they use great quality windows (Vinylbilt) and they're installations were great - we've watched several installs and had no issues with the quality of materials used or the install itself.They might be a little slow in getting back on quotes, but if you're saving money, getting great quality windows and a great installation, it's worth the wait.

I would definitely recommend them. The installers were very nice and professional, they did a fabulous job and the windows were well priced. I am very pleased.
