Attuned Moving

I called Attuned Moving two weeks ago to move an upright piano from the main floor of the house to the second floor. The team arrived on time for the agreed hour (even a bit early) and were very professional, making sure not to damage the stairs during the move and working together with impressive energy (especially for the early morning!) All in all the job took much less time than I'd thought, and for a reasonable price too, considering the dimensions and shape of the stairs in question. Thanks guys!

We have hired Attuned Moving a couple times over the years to move pianos and each time we were impressed with their professionalism; efficiency and care.We recently moved houses and hired them once again. And we were again not disappointed. They were punctual; professional; friendly; extremely hardworking; detailed and careful.Our home was a century home with stainglass windows; plaster walls; original pine floors etc. and there was not a mark or scratch anywhere when the move was completed. They brought professional floor and stair mats as well.They also disassembled a couple of beds for us and reassembled again at our new home.Unfortunately we can't recall the names of the two young men who did all this for us. It was so appreciated and we would definately use Attuned for any type of moving need in the future.Lastly...their prices are very fair and reasonable.Thank you again Attuned Moving!

I recently used this company. I was originally confirmed for a 8:30am start. The team didn’t arrive at my house until 9:15am, they were told a 9:30 start. The team was mostly professional. They were nice enough. I didn’t appreciate some decor advice from one of the team members. Unsure if I would use this company again.

We hired Attuned Moving for a whole house move that included an upright piano. Showed up on time, were friendly and professional. Made a stressful time go off without a hitch. Definitely will use again and recommend to others.

Our experience started out positively. The guys showed up on time, and were quick and efficient with the move. They were also friendly and easy to deal with in person. However, after the move was complete and we began to unpack in our new home, we discovered that there were a number of scratches, bumps and gouges in multiple items/areas of the house. It was clear that they did not take proper precautions in the truck, and while moving items into the home, to ensure items did not get damaged. We have two bookshelves with four doors on them, which were removed before the move. All four must have been stacked together in the truck, and the hardware scratched all four doors on the front (see photos). The crown molding by our front entrance was bumped and chipped, and there is a large gouge in our hardwood floor - all of which were not there prior to the move.We tried to contact the company following the move to provide photos and discuss any possible remedies they may be able to offer, but after an initial acknowledgement, have refused to answer any of our follow-ups. We were hoping to resolve this with the company privately, so our experience could remain satisfactory, however, it has been over a month since the move and we have not heard anything. We are disappointed with our experience and would not recommend.

Attuned removed a piano today and they were fantastic! From the first point of contact with Tom, who answered our questions and quoted a very reasonable rate (well below some bigger moving companies) to the crew who arrived today and had our piano out of the house in less than 15 minutes. The crew was running ahead of schedule, called to confirm if an earlier time would work and showed up when they said. They were courteous and very efficient, removing the piano with no damage to our floors/walls or exterior property. Much appreciated!

As we hadn't moved in 24 years, and had heard horror stories about moving companies which made us very cautious when preparing for this process. Fortunately a friend who had recently moved recommended this company. We chose Attuned Moving after meeting with Tom and receiving his quote, which was very reasonable. Before the move, I reached out with questions and Tom was always quick to respond. On moving day, the trucks arrived and all of the crew were friendly, professional and courteous. They had the house cleared and ready in a couple of hours. They took precautions to ensure no damage was done to either home or the contents. Great experience all round and I would highly recommend this company!

Our family has used Attuned movers many times over the years to support with moving furniture in our homes and between houses. Tom is fantastic to deal with and is quick to respond and book appointments to get the job done at a reasonable cost. The team of movers are very knowledgeable and were able to support with moving and dismantling items such as treadmills, a murphy bed and a large fridge. The moving team used moving carpets to protect our floors and a guider watched to make sure that our walls were never damaged. I am very happy with our experiences with Attuned Movers and would recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company!

Recently moved with Attunded, the guys were great, very professional, quick and strong. No damage to speak of to items or either home!
