We used Peartree Property Services for junk removal. Stephane was able to accommodate our needs despite being given very short notice. His estimate was a fair price and his friendly attitude was reassuring. He was punctual, efficient and professional. We were very satisfied with his work. I've used Peartree Property Services a number of times over the past two years and have never been disappointed. Sometimes I am required to travel for work and I hate leaving the job of yard work to my wife while I'm gone. Peartree has reliably cleared yard waste, raked leaves, mowed during the summer and fall and removed snow during the winter months reliably and at extremely fair prices for the quality of service you get.

This company removed our old deck and front steps and Replaced it with a beautiful stone structure. We found all the team respectful, hard working and very competent. They completed the work in a very timely fashion. My husband and I were extremely impressed with their work ethic. They were professional and very conscious about cleaning their work site every night. Stephan the owner was a pleasure to work with. He advised, guided and suggested colour and stone choices which enhanced the finished job. He is an excellent role model for his staff. They came on site and started on time more importantly they worked a full day with little or no breaks except for lunch. I used this company to replace my front walk and patio with interlock. They did an awesome job. Nice design, on time, on budget, pleasant and straightforward to deal with. Good value too. I'd highly recommend them for your hardscaping needs.

We had the Peartree team completely redo the front of our house after they impressed us with a culvert replacement. Working on the design process with them was painless and fast. They were able to make smart recommendations and even show us real examples of previous work.For the installation, the team showed up and went to work with heavy machinery. They kept the job site clean and easy for us to move around and got the job done in 1 week which impressed us! During the installation we asked for a few changes to preserve one of our shrubs. We also had to rethink a garden bed. They were flexible and managed those changes seamlessly.The end result: BEAUTIFUL. We are confident that our new front stairs and patio won't budge an inch, and will be the perfect introduction to our home for many years. We will definitely hire them again for future hardscaping projects.
