I would like to thank Dags for being a mentor for our group. Initially I was reluctant about the program but had no option to join the mentorship program as it was mandatory for new RCIC's. On top of it, we did not get mentor for a long time and one mentor quit before any meeting.Now I can confidently say that this program has helped me a lot to gain practical knowledge.
