Very arrogant and snobby watch repair guy - stay away. He couldn't be bothered with my watch repair because it wasn't a Rolex and therefore couldn't charge $300-400 for it (his words, not mine). When we wanted to look into buying another watch from his used collection on illuminated display, he simply said they were not for sale due to covid-19 protocols". Displayed on the wall is a lovely ego-boosting collection of photos of him taken with many prominent figures. What a joke of a business!! Super over the top not recommended!!"

Extremely helpful with my heirloom watch that a half dozen other places weren't capable of helping me with and very understanding of my sentimental value towards it and my time crunch. Obviously it's better if you give them more time but it meant the world to me that I was able to get my watch done on time.

Ashkan has been repairing my watches for almost a decade, and always stood behind everything he’s done. He has also sold me watches, and his prices have always been fair and reasonable. I would recommend him for repairs to anything from a Timex to a Rolex!

This poor rating is related to fine jewelry repair only. Watch repair services are great, owner is personable and very knowledgeable about watches so I have no complaints about that (five stars for watch repair services). However, I would not recommend having your fine jewelry repaired here, the owner does not do the repairs so that is not on him, but the person he subcontracts is not very good. My gold earrings came back with the stone setting repaired" but the yellow gold portions of the earrings that were worked on are severely scratched and it is clear that an improper polish or cleaning solution was applied because the colour of the repaired portions has changed significantly. The price for the "repair" was low

I went there to change the battery of my quartz watch and do a periodic maintenance on my mechanical watch. The battery change was done super fast and at a super affordable price. I was impressed. For the mechanical watch, I appreciated that the owner was upfront with the cost and did not sugarcoat it. As I knew how expensive these maintenances can get, I wasn't too shocked. But for someone who doesn't have an idea, I can imagine that it's better to learn the actual cost of the service before committing to anything.Overall, I really liked their customer service and the quality of their work. I will definitely return.

I am very happy to have found this watch repair shop . They did an excellent job on my Vintage Omega Seamaster Diver that needed a lot work . It’s perfect now . The owner is very kind , helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with . Thank you Ashkan and your staff ! I highly recommend this store

An old relationship we've known each other a long time very good at fixing watches and so on.

I brought in my watch for a minor cosmetic repair. Other than that, there was nothing wrong with my beloved watch that was working perfectly when I dropped it off at the store. So, TWO weeks later, my watch was returned scratched and dented on the back, and no longer working. He said he would fix it for $35 bucks. Since I decided he had scratched it enough at that point, I declined his offer. That was my first and the last experience with Time Sharpening.

This is the best watch repair shop in the world... Ashkan will tell you right away if it's worth fixing or buying a new. If you are looking to buy a expensive quality watch check this shop out first... Great price... I highly recommend this shop.. Cheers M.
