Tried to do a return. 1 week old, original packaging, unmarked, brand new (irrelevant because she wasn't even interested in looking at it after seeing the bill), regularly stocked item and sold under the pretense that it could be returned to any location with receipt, if it wasn't suitable. You know why my return was denied? Literally no reason other than we are a franchise and don't have to take it back"

If you email customers giving them a pickup date maybe stick to it. I was given a date that my item would be ready for pickup, a week later and they weren’t available. Why sell something for in-store pickup when you don’t physically have the product in store? I was also given the run around to try to find the product I wanted. For future in-store pickups, maybe make sure the product is on hand or don’t give customers a date of when it will be ready.

The lady at the Auto service department was great! Called a few Canadian tires and she was the only one that actually answered the phone and searched for car part I was looking for. They had time and I was able to come in right away while other competitiors were “researching” the product still. Thank you for your prompt service.

Who cares that an F Trudeau party happened here, it's not like the store threw the party, in fact they even advised it wasn't authorized. What happened after that is between the party goers and police. This is an amazing store and some people just need to chill out. The party also seemed rather peaceful, and truth be told our PM isn't exactly a stand up guy anyways.

Great store helpful staff, but a lot of the items listed as in stock on their website just weren't there in the store. I was told they were on skids, can't be unloaded yet, and would be put out sometime later in the week.But they had a wild display of hot sauce, soningrabbed a couple of those. Get some fire in my life!

Had an issue with a bbq once i brought it home after having it assembled in store. I apologize if i get the name wrong but i believe it was Brad (manager) who was very helpful and we had one of the assembly techs come rectify the matter quickly. The front staff are helpful and in good humour when I’m there. Thanks guys

Made an online order thinking it was going to be quick. Took a day and a half- had to cancel the order and just go buy my bbq in store. Although, they were helpful in store. Don't online orders take around 4 hours to be ready for pick-up?

The one stop shop for any red blooded Canadian. They got it all. They've also opened back up to pre covid hours. They're open until 9 everyday except weekends.
