I continue to try more Asian food as I am beginning to like it more and more. So at this food court I gave Koya a try. The service was very friendly, but because of the covid shield and cashier's accent, we could barely understand each other. Not sure how to improve that. After trying Koya this once, I would put it to the bottom of the list of fast food Asian food spots. Tried a shrimp/chicken/rice stir fry with gochujang sauce. The broccoli and cabbage fry was good, the shrimp were very good, the chicken texture and taste was like it had been taken out of the fridge and microwaved, although I watched them fry up what looked like raw chicken, so not sure why it didn't taste fresh, maybe an old chicken? Rice was good, but did not enjoy the gochujang sauce.....just no punch to it.

Been eating here for lunch since food courts reopened. Love soo many dishes. The teriyaki duos and the pineapples chicken is delicious. Everything is always soo fresh. They will give you extra sauce or more veggies and less rice. Very accommodating. They are very friendly and you can add on a delicious spring roll too. Lots of tastey soups and many different noodle choices.Highly recommended.

I love Koya and frequently go to other versions of this franchise in the city. And out of them all, I think this is the most disappointing one. Their sauce is watery, the chicken is drier, and the portion sizes are smaller than other Koyas in the city.I do really love the atmosphere of the St. Vital food court and the staff has always been extremely friendly. That being said, this is the only Koya that I'll actively avoid eating at. If you want a better representation of the franchise, I really recommend Grant Park.

I ate at your restaurant in st vital mall today and had an excellent experience. The young guys working today are so patient and kind. Very genuine and the food is very well made and a great value. I was drawn in by there excellent customer service I went missed and their friendly demeanor was impossible to ignore. The delicious food is just a bonus.

This location (St.Vital) didn't fail to satisfy my hunger for great and yummy food. I so loved the beef teriyak. You can be sure it's prepared clean and the crews were always ready to serve with a smile.

Delivery order:not too bad for a food court Ramen,about $2 pricier than other places that offer ramen, meat taste good, soup lacks a bit compared to a more proper restaurant, noodles aren’t separated from the soup, so depending on delivery time they could get a little soggy.Good portion.

I am very impressed with how fast my order arrives - The quality of the food is also excellent especially for ramen soup -- I tired groceries and prepared food so far. They are quite fresh and prepared food tastes very good! Highly recommend!
