Unfortunately their hours if operation are not those of good customer service. 8 am - 5 on weekdays only. I'm sure there are plenty of people who can make it during those hours but they are still unrealistic for most. And if you've ever been there after 4 it can be a long long wait. It just makes no sense why the hours of a Telus store wouldn't be more flexible like 10 -7.

I have to admit, CCL’s internet has sure come a long way. I now enjoy similar speeds as Fibre Optics in the city through them. The best part is there are no slow times & connection is basically flawless. Even when I’ve had issues & blamed the tech at CCL for dropped service, he’s been calm & nothing but patient with me. Even though the problem is typically on my side (damn routers). My hats off to CCL & providing us farmers & acreage owners a great service. Thank you.

Hours are ridiculous. Only open until 5 on weekdays and closed on weekends. Heaven forbid you work during the week and can't get in before they close. Would be nice to have it open for at least a couple hours on a Saturday for those who can't get in during the week.

Dealing with the management and staff on a corporate level is an absolute blessing. Staff is quick to get me pricing, a proper schedule and time line for all of my IT projects big and small. As a customer, they always do their best to ensure the best Quality of Service for all of their work and even after the job is done, quick to support me in everything I have ever asked of them.
