Got them to come in and inspect our fire place. They said it didn’t work was old and had to be replaced. Then got a second opinion and they said that the wires were unplugged and hidden and that got it to work just fine. These people that came are crooks do not use this business for gas related business. They just wanted us to buy a new fireplace.

We recently moved into a new home that had many gas appliances. We wanted them inspected and decided to have several capped. The Gasman employees were on time, efficient and very professional, explaining everything they needed to do. Ani, in the office, always does her best to get us service as quickly as possible. She returns calls very quickly.

Fantastic service from the Gas Man team. I'm a General Contractor and they moved a gas hot water tank away from a foundation wall so that we could have enough space to frame and spray foam the wall. Reconfigured the gas lines, exhaust duct and water lines. Thanks guys!

Called many HVAC service company to have our soon to fail DHW tank replaced. Decided to pick Gas Man (and not the first company that came and tried to repair our tank and gave bad advice for replacement of a gas valve 350$ later) due to advice given and cost of installing the new tank . We supplied our own new DHW tank as per advice to save approx 400$+tax.Even in this crazy busy season due to many calls for furnaces not starting up - this explains about 4 companies not calling back or returning calls or emails; we were able to get the new tank installed in 10 days with Gas Man Ottawa. This is after not being able to get it installed 4 days sooner because the technicians were stuck on a service call that night. Reorganizing and contacting admin in the evening to get a second appointment was really easy and quick. Thanks Ani and Annier!

Called this company for my gas pool heater. They were able to come quickly due to a cancellation. They fixed the issue right away and did not need to order extra parts. Very good price! They were friendly and fast and I would call again if my heater wasn't working. They also gave me some tips to assist with the life of my heater.
