It's not the cleanest place, they seem to have little discretion when asking you why you're there. But other than that it does exactly what it needs to, efficiently at that I'd say.

Really nice nurse however the receptionist embarasses you when you get there. Asking you to loudly say the reason you are there. Being that it is a sexual health clinic, you think they would understand the meaning of privacy and discretion. Being able to write it down or having a seperate booth where you can speak with the receptionist 1 on 1 would be a good option. Would anyone really want to announce that they are there for STD testing or etc in front of a full waiting room?

I just called looking to book an appointment and received very poor service. This interaction left me feeling stupid as the person I spoke with was very condescending. As a sexual health clinic the staff should be sensitive towards the communities needs and embarrassing details that they may be coming to them with. Its really unfortunate as the nurses I've dealt with there prior to this have been fantastic, knowledgeable, sensitive and supportive. All I wanted to do was book an appointment as I had a concern and the person taking the call was not helpful nor could she understand" why I would want to book an appointment to have tests done and support with my concerns."
