Sent me an estimate on the phone for a chimney replacement. I had to pay for my own demolition and removal of the existing one an they referred me to someone for that.When I called to confirm I was ready to move forward with their proposal - on the condition they visit my property to confirm the price is final, there would be no surprises, they asked me for a 50% up front non-refundable deposit, which would have been around $3.5K...Now that's just not how the world goes around and gives me no confidence in giving them my business.

My wife were looking for a fireplace or stove for quite a while. The team at Chaleur Durable helped us with planning, advice and product selection. Our order came in on time and was installed by a friendly crew in a very professionally manner. The whole team at Chaleur Durable is incredibly professional, responsive and wonderful to deal with.
