Customer service by the staff is exceptional especially during this hectic Christmas shopping season. Visited the Niagra Outlets, Mapleview Mall and Oakville Place. If you are looking for sizes for men please note the buyers have focused on sizes medium and waist size31/32 only. Hmph, not sure which demographic they were thinking of?

Terrible. The carry a men's line of clothing called Athletic" but with no sizing. I have large shoulders and you would think they carry the appropriate sizes. Also need more staff during the holidays."

There aren't too many modern professional wear stores in this mall currently, but RW&Co fills that much needed area.Customer service at this location is always great. There is always someone to help you find what you are looking for, it seems to be properly staffed, which always makes for a better shopping experience.I do try to be careful as quality in the products range. Although, this is at no fault of the employees. I would recommed taking a look at fabric content and stiching quality before buying anything here (or anywhere for that matter). It's been hit or miss for me, I have some items that are lasting me over 3/4 years while other items barely break 1 year. Their leggings, stretch office pants and cardigans have been good, while the natalie stretch pants have not done so well. It seems the more casual and trendy clothing is what's on the dodgy side, however I would consider it on par with H&M.

I went in to inquire about their hiring sign advertised on their store front window and spoke with the alleged hiring manager. She disgustingly looked me up and down then rudely said they've completed their hiring and forgot to take the sign down. It's been a few months later and the sign is still up. It has also been showing online since then that they're hiring. I feel the manager's attitude and response was impolite and discriminatory.

One of my friends took me to this location, and we had such a good experience. An associate named Cindy helped us out. She was so friendly and diligent about cleaning up after each customer, it made me feel safe. She was quick and happy to help us, we had her undivided attention. I would definitely go back, even better if I get her help again.

Went in tonight with my 17 year old son to shop for a suit for his upcoming prom. The young lady that helped us was fantastic! Maya made the whole experience so comfortable and painless for us. Just wanted to give a shout out to her for a job well done! Thanks Maya

The ladies there today were really nice! Was able to get a cute blazer with the labour day sale. The girl with the bangs was so patient in helping me find my size and even offered to ship it out to me when she couldnt— Would have been amazing but im leaving out of province the next two days. Def Recommend!

I love their clothes and their styles. They match my taste in clothing. I have been shopping (both purchase and return) here for a long time and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful.The store is well-maintained and there are lots of parking spots available in the Oakville Place parking lot.

The lady who was there at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 13, was super helpful! She really went out of her way to make sure I made good choices for Christmas shopping!

I ordered cloths for over $350 and went to return one out of 6 items I had ordered.The manager mentioned that the trousers (Jen) have been worn and are not in sellable condition.It is a ‘cotton’ trouser and I tried them on at home to check the size which resulted in these lines (iron lines) which clearly the store manager and person at the counter isn’t aware of.Please hire people that are at least educated enough and not offensive and not corporate.I am going to return each and everything that I ordered from RW&Co this holiday season.
