For my location service is excellent, and I've had nothing but great service and speed. Some locations may not be so well, but I have no complaints. I have been with Xplornet for a few years now. Talking to representatives has been successful and easy too.

The setting up of my installation was not only quick , it was clear and I was not pressured with overselling. She suggested a reasonable option and answered my questions. The installation personale were friendly professional and answered my questions I m so pleased with the service. Thank you for helping a hectic move feel less chaotic.

I was very satisfied with the satellite service provided by Xplore as well as their knowledgable and courteous call centre and support staff especially during the pandemic . Being able to stay connected to friends and family was very important. This wouldn't have possible without Xplore. If there comes a time where I can get faster upload speeds from them I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them.

The sales team was knowledgeable and friendly, and the installer was fast and professional. Even cleaned up the sawdust from drilling the hole for the cable. The internet service itself is also very fast. I was able to stream tiktok videos and never saw a loading screen once!

Xplorenet Is excellent. I had my service set up quick and easy. My install date was rescheduled a couple of times but was due to weather, out of their control. Someone called me each time to let me know, we're very friendly and quick to give me a new set up date. Good price for the service, preauthorized debit was easy to set up. Recommend for sure. I give them a 10/10

Good service from the guy who hooked us up. Service has been reliable, not too many slow internet days so far. Just a couple of days where a movie was lagging but not a common occurrence. Glad we could get wireless service out in the country. Price is ok.

Customer service is not in their vocabulary. Was left on hold for one hour and forty minutes before speaking with anyone in my attempt to cancel our internet service. Would not recommend this company!

Xplornet has been great from the beginning, I had a bit of lagging a few days back, but the next day they called me up and said they noticed that there have some issues with my service and they were going to send a technician to fix the issue! Five stars to them for excellent customer service & support! Honestly I haven't had a company be so open and honest about services before. 10/10 reccomend

The costumer service is great and when you call them they are always willing to help. I was given a waive for connection fee due to my circumstance and that was nice of Xplore to do that, thanks.... Only thing that threw me off was the technician asking me for a gas charge upfront cash or debit before he left. Thought it a lil strange to be making new customers pay for the technicians gas.

They are thieves and liars continually taking money and fees for a service I have not used for 9 months....losing record of phone calls....and promise to fix things just to get you off the phone. Taking fees from my account that I was told were waved.
