Everything I have had here is delicious!The veggie quiche, the 'apple' crumble and also p.b. and chocolate pie. The bagels are delicious, they taste like biscuits, perhaps its just the batch i bought but they crumble quite easily when toasted - but still delicious. Customer service is always top notch. Thank you for making keto much easier and MUCH more delicious!

Delicious! Tried a few pies in the last few months and they were so delicious! I was worried that it would lack flavour but nope! Broccoli cheese Quiche, Jamaican beef pie and strawberry cheesecake were all so delicious! Can't wait to try more. Not to mention decent prices with great ingredients! My only wish is if they would consider grass fed beef!

Definitely one of the hidden gems in Markham. Whether you are keto, a diabetic or just trying to make healthier choices you need to give this place a try! Everything tastes incredible - no weird after taste or digestion issues. Jason’s customer service is also second to none. Highly recommended!

Starting off the low carb diet and stopped in here today! We tried the butter tarts, cookie dough, and Nanaimo bars! All were so delicious and the owners were lovely. They gave us a free item since it was our first time in. We tried all the treats on the way home and would definitely recommend. We will be back for sure! Lovely customer service and an awesome small business that we should support.

This place is excellent! Friendly staff and tasty, healthy food. I recommend the quiche, peanut butter chocolate pie, chocolate cookie dough and pizzas. I'm so glad this place exists! Get off the sugar and get into some Keto Pi!

Placed a large order to be delivered the next day to my house. Communication was solid, delivery was easy and smooth. One item was forgotten by my order, and they offered to drop it off again, but I figured since I don't live too far, I'd run to pick it up the next day. Very friendly service and it helps they corrected my order with no hassle. So far I've tried the keto lemon tarts and the everything bagel, and the bagel is by far one of the best bagels I've ever had. The flavour is absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend trying their baked goods.Thanks for great service and great food!

Such an incredible place! All of the items have very clean ingredients, no preservatives, and amazing taste. I ordered a keto new york style cheesecake on Uber and they sent complimentary double chocolate cookies. This was the kindest gesture I’ve experienced from a bakery/restaurant and was so pleased with the experience. I would really recommend trying it and would definitely order again from here.
