HORRIBLE company! Claimed to have shipped the indoor basketball hoop April 16th butsbut no receipt - May 9th? NOT acceptable. Now they say it must have been lost in transit... What do I tell my grandson who's birthday was April 30th???

Dealing with this company on Amazon right now. They claim it's Canada post is at fault but I can see the pattern in the reviews. My Amazon review will reflect the poor unreliable service. I will update this review in how long it takes to have my money refunded.
