When we originally started looking for our first home, we opted to try our luck doing it ourselves at first. When that didn't quite pan out in this crazy competitive market, we had been in contact to a few realtors but we slowly lost faith in the process due to various downfalls.. Until we met Trent.We were referred by our friends that had just purchased a home with Trent and they were very happy with his service. And we were not disappointed. Out of anyone in the realty industry we struggled to encounter someone that was as down to earth, responsive, and genuinely caring. Through every step of the process Trent was only a call or a text away and we always felt like we could reach out to him with whatever question or concern we had. Communication was big on our list and Trent more than exceeded our expectations. I really can't say enough good things. Funny thing is, I didn't sell my house through Trent!I received a referral for Trent and he contacted me immediately. Being my first home sale, he was great at walking me through the process. His commission rates were lower than any other realtors I had spoken with, yet his communication and sales plan surpassed.I had tenants living in the home and Trent was courteous and professional with them, while still keeping my best interests in mind.In the end, I sold the home to my tenants, in a private transaction. Not only was Trent supportive with me (even though he received no commission) he has helped guide me through the process of a private sale.Now I don't want to give the impression that Trent would be happy to help everyone, as he did me, with no commission on sale. But as it just happened to work out in my situation, he was was flexible and an absolute asset in every way.Even called a few weeks later to check in and see how things were going and if I needed any help or guidance.He seems to have a great handle on the real estate situation in Nelson (which is dynamic at the moment to say the least) and I really can't sing his praises enough.Highly recommended.

Trent is an exceptional Realtor.Although being a busy guy, he would always make time to answer my calls and cater to any requests I would throw his way. Nothing ever seemed to be too much for him. When approaching any problems or tasks, he would do his homework, taking time to collate as much information as possible so he could provide you with valuable insight to help you make key decisions.He has a tremendous ability to get along with people, he was easy to work with, but more importantly, people find it easy to work with him. Trent is such an amazing realtor. From the moment I met him, he was honest and thorough. He always came prepared with printed detailed papers of the house I was viewing. He kept my best interest in mind. He was always punctual, positive and caring. When it came time to put an offer on the house (that I now own!), he was incredibly diligent, staying on task, keeping me informed at all times and keeping calm. I highly recommend Trent!! He is your guy!!
