I stayed here three days. The daytime attendant is extremely nice and amazing. The night time attendant is horribly mean. He gave me unclear directions and then yelled at me. He tried to make me pay twice and then made me position my car in a way that it was almost hit. I then asked his name and he refused. Will be calling to report as my car was very near damaged. If you use this garage go during daytime hours only

staff is friendly which is a plus, but the space itself is tiny, 4 cars per floor, and upon payment, your payment acts as a “contract” that states in the case of “theft, fire, collision or damage” they have no responsibility which was a liiiitttle sketchy especially considering they don’t mention this. also the entrance / exit is the same, which makes coming or going stressful since again there’s barely enough room for 1 car as is. at least we got to see the fine arts museum lol

Locked in during the middle of the day. No one there and code they gave us isn’t working.

They gave us codes that didn’t work to get into the garage in off hours. We went to get the car at 7am on Saturday and I could not get in. The phone number I was given went to straight to voicemail, but there was no voicemail set up, so I couldn’t contact them. My car was held hostage while I missed my flight. Do your research, and DON’T leave your car here. Biggest mistake.

Ma voiture est coincée depuis hier soir. Aucun moyen de les joindre le numéro qu'ils ont sur le papier personne ne répond et c'est impossible de laisser un message! 60$ de Über plus tard même chose aujourd'hui !
