Chow Local™

Inaccurate time for pick up order given through the app. Restaurant did not want to do anything for us when we showed up and it was STILL another 30 mins. Asked for our order to be cancelled. Contacted chow and have not received a response and my credit card was charged for the meal (that we didn’t get). Won’t be ordering again and will stick to the providers that have excellent customer service.

Everything was perfect - driver was at restaurant when order was ready and delivered promptly. This was my first time using this service.

I wish that I had looked up reviews before ordering. March 16th, I placed an order at 345pm with Beaks Chicken. I noted on order to deliver not before 5pm. I followed up with a phone call to Beaks that I want the order at 5pm or shortly after like 515pm. After 4 pm I received a call from the driver that I would get a text that it was delivered but he would take another order right now and then bring mine next.At 545pm I called Beaks, and they said the driver just picked it up, and was on his way. I asked when it was ready she said at 5pm. I talked to her about getting a less than superior product and asked her what the restaurant was prepared to do for me to compensate, she said she would call me back and nothing.Driver, said that it wasn't ready at 5 and that they told him to wait 10 minutes, he didn't and said he would come back. My order arrived at 550pm.I asked chow local to refund my delivery fee, and forced tip. They didn't respond. Let me say that Skip The Dishes refunds immediately in these situations. Never Again!!!!

A company that cares with drivers that actually care. Their delivery fees are higher than others because they are an ethical company that look after their own. So thankful to have these folks in town.

Our food was picked up an hour late and was cold when we received it- they charge a $6.00 delivery fee that other companies don’t charge with a minimum purchase- will never use this delivery service again-terrible.

We have ordered a couple times and its been great! The driver was prompt and very nice and weve lucked out with the same driver both times. Service was easy to use and we are happy knowing the restaurants aren't being robbed little skip the dishes is doing.

First time using the app. Ordered food waited an hour then contacted the restaurant. The restaurant told me my foods beem sitting there for an hour and no ones come to get it. Tried contacting chow local, got no response. Terrible customer service still have not received a refund. Or been concatced by the app.After a fews days communication and a refundd was made .communication btween the app and the customers not fast enough

Terrible delivery service, 45 minutes late with no explanation. If I could give a helpful hand to anyone else, that would be do not order from chow local, use anyone else.

They charged a credit card I didn't give them authorization to use. It was a card I had used 4 months prior that they shouldn't have had an file to begin with. No response from them regarding this.

Driver didn’t show up for my food. Thank God the place I ordered fromThe M:eating room sent one of their own personal drivers/staff to bring it to our home themselves. The restaurant Also said they would compensate us for anything if they needed too . Will never order on Chow Local again
