I had struggled with sciatic-type symptoms for years stemming from a couple of bulged discs. I tried EVERYTHING (physio, acupuncture, core exercises, walking, correcting posture, not sitting) and nothing worked. My left foot was numb every day which was super annoying to the point that I couldn't wear a sock or shoe without discomfort. I was referred by my doctor for spinal decompression therapy as a last resort. Truthfully, I didn't have high expectations because nothing else in the past had worked. I’ve been to a few chiropractors in my life but Dr. Shelley is by far the most impressive. She also has amazing staff that are helpful and knowledgeable. Just to put things into perspective, I’ve been dealing with neck and back issues due to an injury and my heavy-duty line of work for the last decade. It wasn’t until I actually sat down with her and went through x-ray screenings to see how bad it really was. Not only did Dr. Shelley show me what was wrong but we made an action plan together to tackle the situation. Dr Shelly is very understanding and helpful with my situation, I’ve been dealing with life time pain in my lower body including multiple injuries that have never really healed.
