I was looking for transportation for my daughter, a student in Ithaca and was unimpressed with the reviews of the usual cab companies. I saw JH's reviews and gave them a shot. SO glad I did. He was on time, put up with changing weather and cancelled/new flights, came and moved my daughter three or four times as schedules changed, including late at night and before dawn the next morning. I don't know if he's more expensive than a typical cab, and I never will, because I will never use anyone else up there. Found the prices reasonable and the service outstanding. Definitely a great find. Has my business for at least the next four years!

The driver was very warm and cordial. He arrived ahead of schedule for trip at 5:30AM from Ithaca to the Syracuse International Airport. Would recommend J. Harris Transportation over any other taxi service in Ithaca.
