I would rather give 0 stars… Extremely rude service. Couldn’t problem solve or offer options. I came with a funeral order that could have been substantial. They would not offer up what kind of stock they had and expected me to know what they had to pick from by “osmosis”?!?!” I was given a blanket statement “ that goes against our policy” an eye role and huge sigh. I myself am a florist. I have dealt with many other floral shops over the years and have never met with this degree of unprofessionalism. Not to mention that we would never have been allowed to sell what they try to pass off as “arrangements” in their fridge.Look elsewhere if you want great flowers, worth what you pay and good service.

Had an awesome experience at the new location! We didn't really know what sort of bouquet we wanted, but they made us a gorgeous one! Lots of cool gifts and stuff to browse while we waited. Very easy to view inside flower cooler.

I 100% recommend Mrs.Flowers! They did an absolutely AMAZING job creating a beautiful, colourful basket of flowers for my Nan.I called from Ontario and spoke with Shelby. She was attentive and helpful. She really took the time to listen and the result speaks for itself in this gorgeous bouquet. Thank you so much!!!

Ordered online for my sisters birthday. Thought I would give this company a try. Sadly, I should have gone with my go to flower shop. For the amount I paid, I feel there should have been more to the bouquet of flowers . Instead it looks as though they went to the grocery store and picked up a quick bouquet and delivered it. Definitely not worth the $112.

I ordered online, directly from Mrs Flowers. Amazing! The bouquet arrived in excellent time at my mother's office, and, a full week later, they are still beautiful! So happy with the gift selections, too, as I added chocolate to the order. It was an excellent, overall experience, and a good price.

Beautiful flower arrangements!I ordered from Oregon for my granny in Prince George. The online ordering process was very easy and the flowers ordered were identical to the arrangement shown on the website.(I chose the Tigerlily Love arrangement)
