I had a very disappointing experience with Canada Post at this location . The staff on the evening shift was incredibly slow, taking 10-15 minutes to serve each customer for simple package shipping. I had to wait in line for over an hour and witnessed several frustrated customers leaving without getting any help. The poor service was unacceptable, and it seems like the staff needs more training to improve their efficiency. I hope Canada Post can address these issues to provide better service to their customers

It can get busy, but it is a very small office, so should be expected from time-to-time. I have never had any problems sending parcels or picking up stamps.

Everytime i come here i wait at least 20 min or more. I am not coming back to this post office again. Today almost 30 minutes. If you value your time go somewhere else.

Waited 15 min in line to try to ship the smallest possible letter mail to the states and they tried to tell me it would be $32, I’ve shipped plenty of packages this size and they are always around $13, I literally did one 3 days ago and had no problem. The lady clearly had no idea what she was doing, never returning to this location again.

There usually isn't any line when I go, unless it's near Christmas/New Year's. Haven't had any issues. No complaints.

Was just in dropping off packages, wow! I have never in my life been treated the way I just was. The one lady (darker skin) was so miserable and rude to me, all I did was ask a simple question. Canada post please speak to you staff about common courtesy! Will be looking at other shipping options from now on, I don’t deserve to be spoken to or treated this way as a paying customer!! Ever!!

Absolute terrible customer service… if you want to be treated like scum… This is the place to go! Canada post management you need to speak to your staff & DO BETTER!! Unbelievable the way they treat and speak to people.

Don’t get your passport photos taken here. They will charge you twice the amount and will make sure that the stamp on the photo is barely visible so that your application can get rejected.
