So. Excellent.The snowblower runs amazing now. Starts easily without electric cord. I am so happy. Even though the bill was over $400 I see that as an investment in the machine and well worth it.

Unfortunately I had quite a negative experience with this company from a customer service standpoint. These included performing extra work without prior approval (which resulted in a final cost double what was estimated), trying to charge more than the agreed upon final price (I had to send someone else to pick up my lawnmower because I was out of town, and they tried to charge an extra $50), not returning phone calls when promised, actually not being at the shop at the agreed upon time (waited 45 minutes for someone to show up, never did), etc.The good news is that in the end my lawnmower was repaired and the work seems to be have been done properly, but they really need to work on the customer service aspect of their business.

Best in the business! My snow blower broke down, they came and picked it up, fixed it and returned it. The machine runs better than new. They also went above and beyond by painting rusted spots, replaced a few missing bolts, cleaned and oiled everything. I’m amazed! Thank you.If you need a small engine repaired, this is the place.

I haven't been able to start my snow blower in years and had London small engine repair service it. They came and picked it up and had it looking and running like it was brand new. We had a small glitch but Jonathon was out to the house to take a look and took care of it quickly and at no extra charge. My experience with London small engine repair has been all positive and will certainly record them to anyone. Outstanding customer service too
