Cypress St. Animal Hospital Vancouver

Did not tend to my concern about my pet at all. They seem upfront with the pricing but they are merely following a script to get more money out of you. The only nice person was the vet assistant. The older woman in reception was rude and unhelpful.

They care a lot about my dog and always recommend the right food and treatments for her. My dog got surgery a couple times at Cypress Animal Hospital and the team was very kind and helpful with her recovery. We have been regular clients for the last 10 years.

My dog had a seizure last Sunday, fortunately I live 2 mins away from Cypress clinic and it was almost closing time but they took us in right away without hesitation. My dog was foaming from the mouth, elevated heart rate, shaking and stiff legs. Doctor Bhatia started assessing the situation and immediately examined my dog and after a few moments he managed to stabilize her. Without their quick action I might have lost my dog but we are now safe and healthy. We even got a parking ticket as we didn’t realized the time but they also took care of it. We are very thankful to all the staff at this clinic for providing us with excellent care and support during the entire process. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure Dharna is safe and healthy. My husband and I are forever grateful.

I highly recommend this clinic,here's a overview of my experience,Front desk is exceptional, Vanessa is highly knowledgably and very personable definitely makes you feel comfortable and helps ease your nerves in a high stress situation. She went over all my questions with an amazing attitude and is a huge reason my experience went so well.Doctor was good and seemed caring.I do think the management could use some improvement their definitely seems to be some disconnect in that aspect not only based on my experience but from others I have also spoken with.

Dr. Mandeep and her team of veterinary technicians and assistants have shown utmost professionalism and genuine care during my kitten's visits. Reception staff have always been warm. approachable and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cypress St. Animal Hospital to anyone looking to send pets in for routine checks as well as management of illness.

Definitely deserves a 5 out of 5 rating! Staff are all courteous, personable and friendly! They have clear compassion to both the pet and the owner. I came in for a follow up check after being poorly treated at an emergency vet hosp last night. Service was excellent and the vet herself was evidently skillful! Please keep the astounding quality of care and client service—this is the kind of service that all fur babies and parents deserve!

I took my cat there 3months ago.Because my cat were throwing up so many time.Doctor diagnosed 1stage of kidney disease formy 1years half old cat.And told us to change the food on diet.It’s way too early to be kidney disease for 1years half cat.They know since he was 3month old for first vaccination.And he was perfectly healthy cat.After that he still throwing up so many timeAnd I called them back but they told me it just food is new so mix with old food……..He is getting skinnier and not playful anymoreBut we thought because of kidney disease…We finally brought different hospitalsAnd found out he ate hair tie that was in his stomach.They did surgery and took them out.Ended up he wasn’t even kidney diseaseNurse and doctor couldn’t believe he got first stage of kidney disease that such a young age.They said it’s very common the cat eat strings and hair tie etc…..I didn’t understand why doctors were didn’t suggest us any X-ray or ultrasound for first place.We paid $800 for nothingIf this is common thing why they did not think something in his stomach instead of diagnosed kidney disease ….,We could found long time ago and our cat didn’t need to suffer for long time….

Excellent caring staff who were very communicative and also answered all my questions with unfailing politeness and generosity. Very happy indeed with Dr. Bahtia who was never too rushed to talk to me thoroughly. Our new forever place for care.

I've been going to Cypress St Animal Hospital since my first pug, Fudge back in 2000. It's always been a trustworthy, comfortable environment. Helpful and forthcoming with great service from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend!
