Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They are honest and sincerely care about what’s best for you. I was looking for a new bike and they gave me all the information I needed to know before even considering some models. Their service is extremely fast; I had my front and back wheel entirely replaced the same morning. I definitely recommend going there, especially if you need all around advice.

One of the best places to buy sport equipment, the prices are very good and you can find good deals. There is used and new items but used sometimes seem as brand new. Employees are very nice and have a big variety of products. It is my favorite sport store now and I'm sure I will come back.

I'm a total ski newbie, and the staff were very helpful. It's good to see that you can buy both used and new equipment, though they seem to have more used ones, but I personally think it's a good thing. They will also not try to sell you the most expensive things which is a good thing.

I had called ahead of time to ask if they had the material, and they said yes but once we arrived no size boots were fitting. They rented us snowboard boots that were already ripped and a board that was not clipping and unclipping correctly. When snowboarding down the hill, the fixation got stuck and we had to call the mountain service to get the boot off the fixation (big 2h lost and very dangerous). When we took the material back and explained what had happened, they wanted to charge us for the boot that was exactly in the same condition as they gave it to us. Overall disappointed.

Knowledgeable, quick and good service overall. Prices are fair , rentals are good compared to ski hills. Staff is very nice
