I learned how harness the power of thought, and ability to hyper focus.Everyone was extreme professional, patient, and kind.

Brain training at ADD centre gave me so many benefits in different aspects of my life. I thought the training would only improve my attention, but it indeed helped me in real life situations too.I was naturally very anxious person and an overthinker. Now, I am at my 25th session, and I get so much less stress from people, and I do not take things personally (or overthinking). I also did really good on a job interview and got offered, which I have never been good at.Brain training is not only for ADHD kids or individuals who have attention problems. I would strongly recommend that anyone should come and try for different issues and find out what they can offer at ADD!cheers, :)

Biofeedback, neurofeedback, and the team at ADD helped me to train my focus and attention to a much higher level. That has had a positive effect on my relationships, task and job performance, organization, patience, and happiness.

The ADD Centre changed my child's life. When he started the program, he was struggling academically, despite being bright, and was regularly in trouble with school officials for various behavioural transgressions. By the time he completed the program, he had ended that academic year with honours, and his teachers were reporting that he was a joy to have in the classroom. Able to fully engage in his learning experience for the first time, he is now well on his way to achieving his career ambitions without his ADHD being a barrier.During the program, my son was able to get off his medication, and has never required pharmaceutical support since.The ADD Centre's staff are caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable about the struggles that neuro-diverse people face in their lives. I cannot recommend this program strongly enough to any parent whose child has ADHD, inattentive or combined type, because the skills these children learn at the ADD Centre will serve them for the rest of their lives.

The ADD center is a wonderful place that Winnipeg is very forrunate to have. Ivan and the staff are professional and great at what they do. Making a huge difference in peoples lives.
