DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Bought a vehicle that has structural damage and it can’t be arbitrated. It was verified by EBlock however they failed to see that it was rusted throughout the vehicle. I sent them pictures after my mechanic inspected it now they saying there is nothing they can do about. Buyers have absolutely no protection. All they can offer is their apologies and that they understand but yet they are unable to provide any help. Worst customer service ever

Additionally, the process of obtaining a post sale inspection (PSI) and arranging transportation can take up to 3-4 weeks respectively. Consequently, the total waiting time for a purchased vehicle may exceed one month, which may not be feasible for your business operations.Secondly, Eblock has a track record of failing to fulfill their obligations. Many of the vehicles we purchased through eBlock have major defects .I ended up with a vehicle that needs a transmission replacement despite having purchased Eblock's assurance plan, as they classified it as normal wear and tear" for a car with 200

Eblock deserves much higher rating than what it has now. Maybe some 1-stars were from when they first started, or from dishonest dealerships that got caught. If you are looking for quality units eblock is the go-to auction. Reps are supportive. Communication is prompt and easy. The auction system rewards honest dealers and punishes liars. As the result, arbitrations are getting much less frequent than before, but whenever there is one, it is fair, unbiased, and reasonable. If I had to nitpick, timed auction can be improved and use a different format than live auction. IMHO it will improve timed auction traffic.

I have no idea what AMANDA SEAL is saying, E-Block is an amazing company to do business with. They stand behind what they say, when it comes to arbitration. They have been an absolute delight to deal with. I had a vehicle I bought from a dealer, and the dealer did not disclose the holes/structural damage on the vehicle. E-Block got me all my money back, and covered my transportation cost. Can't say enough how much I LOVE E-block, especially for myself, running a small car dealership, and relying on their expertise when it comes to arbitration. I will be a customer of E-Block until the day I close my dealership.

Terrible customer service offered by Brett and his sales team. There’s no dealer support available from their team while they receive commission. It’s always speak to head office. Adesa/TradeREV offer a much better service and support to their dealerships.

Ron Gofman, Daniel Kogan and Nate Wah are clearly in the minority and probably just have buyers remorse and or didn't read the complete listing and or didn't follow protocol. Trust me there is something they aren't telling us about their cases.Attention dealers considering Eblock- Don't listen to these guys, Eblock is the only auction that actually does know how to do arbitration and take care of the buyer. I have had issues from tire tread depth to head gaskets and each and every time my outcome was more than satisfactory. Contrary to what Ron and Daniel say, IT IS Adesa/Kar Global that will screw you without buying you dinner first.....LOL. Eblock puts the other auctions to shame.
