My Husband, Ryley, and I booked our wedding/wedding week with Alex Racey through Escapes. Our wedding and week in Punta Cana were nothing short of INCREDIBLE!Destination: Majestic Colonial Punta CanaDates: March 27-April 3, 2023Group size: 67 peopleRight from the get go, Alex was so welcoming and knowledgeable. Alex provided us with so many incredible all-inclusive resorts to chose from that checked off many of our boxes. Once we settled on the Majestic Colonial in Punta Cana, she was so quick to provide us with quotes from tour operators, set up our website and link us to our wedding coordinator in Punta Cana.We had a group of 67 people for our wedding, including 3 children, and Alex handled this with ease and grace. She provided individualized information and answered countless questions for many of our group members including room upgrades, insurance questions, and general travel questions.Overall, the process was so organized and personalized. We could not be happier with Alex and Escapes. Our wedding week was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have done it without Alex! If we could relive this week over and over again, we would.

We worked with Shelley & let me tell you how amazing she was from day 1! I reached out to Escapes after having no help from local agents. I Googled Caribbean wedding planners & emailed escapes through there. I must say I don't even think I waited an hour & there it was a response from this amazingly wonderful, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable agent Shelley! I was ecstatic! I immediately responded & gave her some details, including the fact that our wedding date was not negotiable. She immediately went to work! And quickly! She was always there to answer questions, I'm sure a few from our guests too, but I never waited for them. She was always sincere, friendly & available. I couldn't ask for better! Alex from Weddings by Escapes has been an absolute thrill to work with. She takes her time in taking you through all different resort options and works with everyone's required budgets. She is very quick with communication. My wedding was the first Indian Wedding that she worked on and she absolutely killed it! Highly reccommend hiring her if you are planning a destination wedding.

Alex is our Destination Wedding Agent and I cant say enough good things. She has been a great commmunicator and has made my fiancé and I’s expierence so great. I cannot reccomend her enough!!
