Co-operative Office
The management co-op office has one of the best staff team I have seen. They listen to your concerns and respond to messages very quickly and professionally. I once emailed them outside of office hours (10 pm) and they still responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes of the email being sent.

I've called in twice about simple questions and both times Alana was incredibly rude and impatient with me. I have no idea why you're working at the front desk if you can't even hide your annoyance and unwillingness to help students
