Fantastic plants, prices and knowledgeable service. Fruit transplants purchased a few years ago are thriving and I always go back for my vegetables. Would highly recommend to anyone! Also check it out when food is being sold once the planting season is done. Great local stuff

Excellent products. Excellent customer service. Pat is a wealth of knowledge! Last year, he educated us on how to care for out fruit trees (which are doing well a year later!) We went back as soon as he opened for the 2022 season and purchased some great looking vegetable and herb transplants for my garden. Very reasonably priced. He answered any questions I had, and I overheard him doing the same for his other customers. I'll be going back for more! Highly recommend

If you're looking for starter herbs and veggies or fruit bushes/trees in the Halifax area, check out Fogarty's. My second year buying local from this friendly, helpful grower. Prices were better than the big box stores. Great variety of tomatoes and hot peppers. Highly recommended!

I got a jalapeno pepper plant and a sunrise tomato plant from Fogarty's this weekend. Both plants are super healthy looking and very fairly priced! There were many other unique varieties I hadn't seen before. The bus is such a cool setup and Pat was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back for more plants and for produce once the market is running!

This is the best place to get starter herbs and plants in the city in the springtime. Pat is knowledgeable and friendly and the mobile market is easily accessible and full of great choices. Then in the summer, Pat and Fressia turn their solar powered mobile bus into a fantastic mobile farmer's market, offering their delicious homegrown veggies and locally made bakery items and goodies all in the same convenient location. We've been buying their herb starters for years and the price and quality can't be beat!

Amazing plants and fresh organic vegetables. I grew some of my best vegetables, last year buying plants from Fogarty’s. Fantastic customer service, Pat goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have. You will be happy you found them. Prices are great.

Awesome customer service and plants! Pat was so helpful, answering all my many questions and giving me lots of useful advice. Great selection for a small truck! Bought a bunch of fruit trees/bushes last week and going back again this week for my veggies!

Pat Fogarty is super friendly and clearly knows his stuff! They offer a great selection- everything looks healthy and full, and every variety they sell is specifically chosen for our Nova Scotia climate. With Pat’s expertise and advice, I left feeling confident that I could properly care for each of the plants I bought. Plus, the prices cannot be beat! I will definitely be back.
