Bought a sale item and the cashier (215758) at the time assured me i could return it if it doesn’t workout. fast forward a week and a bit and a different cashier is telling me it’s final sale at the cash as i’m trying to return. nothing about this policy is stated on the receipt and i will never buy something from here again because of it :)

I ordered a JUICY COUTURE track pants and the discount was 40% off. UO sent me the wrong order and told me they are out of stock. If you review TIKTOK you will see that UP does this a lot. They have misleading offers and actually don't have enough stock and on purpose send you the wrong item and act like it's an accident. It was my first time ordering from this shameless retailer. BE AWARE if the SALE IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!!!

Decent place for clothes the staff seem pretty chill and non judgmental. I liked the guy T front cou ter with all the rings he made my experience there a lot better. I don't like how yall haven't renovated in the past 5 yearsish
