We entrusted Kiev Renovations with two major renovations. Ivan was very realistic with what we were looking to do and what we could afford within our budget. Quotes were prepared in a timely fashion the work proceeded on time and the workmanship was excellent. We would not hesitate to use Kiev Renovations for any future renovation project!

Kiev renovated our tiny bathroom project last year. It is disheartening to read that Kiev took such good care of some bathrooms at the same time they were struggling to try and get our bathroom completed. We can only assume that smaller Insurance based jobs are low priority and larger more expensive jobs were their priority. We often wouldn't see a worker until after 5 p.m. as they were working on their main jobs first. They said our job should take three days to complete but yet it took three months. We experienced constant cancellation of workers and delays including miscommunication on the scope of the work. Many workers would show up and not be able to complete what was needed or attempt to do something different than agreed upon. I agree with some reviews that Suki was very positive person to work with, it was his positive energy that attracted us to Kiev. His positive energy and good communication style did not result in a timely renovation that even came close to meeting the timelines agreed upon. Over the course of three months he was often forgetful of what needed to be completed. Although he was positive and eventually the work was completed, the frustration for such a small job was not worth it.

Everything me and my wife envisioned for our master bathroom and kitchen came to life with the help of Kiev Renovation. Sukhi did an amazing job. We are extremely happy with how everything came out and will definitely recommend them in the future.

We had our bathroom renovated, we removed the tube / shower and went wth a shower style only. From start to finish we were kept informed of what was to be done on that day. Sukhi and his team were very professional and always cleaned up at the end of day. While his crew was at our house, they were friendly and polite. I would have no problem recomending Sukhi and his team for your next renovation.

The owner is verbally abusive when you ask too many questions about his process. Basically the bad reviews are unfortunate true. He yelled at me after asking how many projects his team manages at one time. Whether the question is relevant to him it is to me as a customer. He practically called me shady and yelled at me.This company is run by crooks and very shady people. ad which is also misleading about reno offers or discounts. Don’t get fooled.
