Andy's a pro! We had so many random things to fix around the house (roof, gutters, bathroom fan) and Andy was great, responsive and reasonable. He helped guide my husband through his process and was so nice to have around. We will definitely be using his services again!

Job #3 (4 months later): Despite not having built one before, Andy was resourceful enough to complete a backyard fence gate (no rear neighbors) that is inconspicuous from the outside but fully operational. He built a quality gate that will probably outlast the rest of the fence! As always, Andy used high quality materials that are aesthetic and durable and cleaned after himself even vacuuming the grass around where he cut wood. [2nd picture].Job #2 (6 months later): I had an issue where a bird started nesting in my exterior bathroom vent. I called Yaw (Andy) and he looked up a viable solution, and was able to get and install some bird proof vents. The vent installed by the builder was just a flap with a big hole, so Andy replaced a couple of them and the birds were gone and did not return.Job #1:I called Yaw (Andy Works) after I had been waiting for nearly 2 months for a company I had used before to do some outdoor vent replacements. They would blame it on the pandemic everytime I called to ask them why they wouldn't commit to a date.Andy Works booked me for next week service, and just showed up on time with the materials he needed that were purchased on my behalf after I sent him some pictures.Yaw was professional and courteous. He has great attention to detail and cares about quality. He's careful about your property and uses ladders with foam coverings to avoid leaving marks on the vinyl siding.We're very happy with the work he did. It's a neatly done job and you can tell he cares because he also cleans up after himself at the end like true professionals do.

Andy (Yaw) installed tiles on the ceiling of a shower for me. He also did a couple of other smaller projects such as re-caulking a bathtub and fixing/painting holes in drywall. He did a great job and did the work on short notice.

Yaw came Saturday am to give a free estimate but was able to fix my table in 15minutes and I had to insist on giving him $. He is very smart, skilled and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend him for any job that needs being done around your home.

So, who do you call to assemble a chicken coop? Not a common request but when I contacted Yaw he was very kind and squeezed me in to his busy schedule. He arrived on time, was professional, and worked efficiently. Our chickens will love their fancy new home! Thank you, Andy Works Ottawa!

I had 4 general handymen look at my job site and Andy was the only one who totally understood what my wife and I wanted.He is a very good painter and carpenter. He installed an outdoor railing on my concrete steps, repaired, primed and painted my garage. He removed an old staircase and replaced with a much better built one and added a platform for storage. He also took down a pergola frame on my deck and painted shutters on our 2nd floor window.He always cleans up the work site. Add to that a punctual work schedule and a positive and friendly attitude.You would do well to hire Andy. I highly recommend him.
