Hana Don was absolutely delicious! The staff were super friendly - always checked up on us and ensured that we had no allergy or dietary restrictions. We tried the unagi don, aburi don, and the Hana roll, which were all amazing. The fish was fresh and you could tell they took special time with the rice as it was well seasoned and you could taste each grain. Would definitely come again!

I ordered several things and felt that the taste of each dish was similar, probably due to the use of the same sauce. Deep fry oyster fully dough in my mouth，I can‘t eat oyster。 The sushi rice is big and tastes good. The seafood don is good, but some pieces are still attached to the skin, so be careful when cleaning the fish. The sous vide beef tongue don, I'm pretty sure the beef tongue was not slow cook, it was very dry and very chewy. Other things are good flavor…For me…I feel Low cost performance.

Great choice for premium sushi! Fish was fresh and some options were new, like the small squid on the sushi rice bowl!Would recommend the raw dishes over the cooked. The katsu had an 'old grease' kind of taste and we couldn't taste the truffle in our udon.

I came here for early dinner on a weekday and was greeted with friendly/attentive staff. There are a lot of options for their don selection as well as fresh seafood, so please take your time. Although leaning on the pricier side, the ingredients were fresh and portions were good. We found the rice on the soft-shell crab don too sweet for our liking.

We got A06, F08, and K05. Service was great no doubt there. They were very attentive and made sure our experience was great. Loved the Hana Roll. Each bite just melted in my mouth and nothing was overpowering. The seafood don was alright. Fish was fresh, but I’d recommend trying another don as this one didn’t hit the spot quite right. The haddock fish fillet set was pleasant. It came with some sort of green salt, which kinda tasted like matcha tea powder as you taste it longer (very interesting to experience). Also I just really loved the plates + utensils… :) The interior of the store was beautiful as well, so if you are looking for cute dinner pics this is the place.

The restaurant was completely booked with reservations on a Wednesday night. We sat at the sushi bar, which was fine. We got to see all the chefs working so hard!We both ordered the lobster bowl and were both a little disappointed. The flavour was just ok.The Hana roll was amazing, so I will definitely go back to try their sushi and other rolls.

Went for dinner. As expected, dishes are really good. We ordered the premium fuji don, some eel row and salmon roll. Service is great with simile and i really love this place. Will come again for the famous lobster don and other rolls. Highly recommended.

Beautiful restaurant. Everyone is so friendly and service is amazing! My favourite item was the live scallop, probably one of the best scallops I've ever had! The presentation was beautiful and every part of the scallop tasted so different. It was sweet, fresh and full of flavour. The baked oyster on special was so juicy, fresh, flavourful and cheesy! I give the baked oyster a 8/10. Sushi was presented beautifully on a long wood board, taste was 7/10. Perfect rice portion but could use more seasoning. The katsu was also beautifully presented, taste was 7/10.

A great and popular don place. The food quality is great - both for the sashimi and unagi don, and portions were reasonable. It is a bit premium, so prices reflect that accordingly.The restaurant is decently big but also pretty popular. We did a walk in and the person at the door said if we had to wait longer than 30 minutes that we would get 10% off - it took 33 minutes and she came by our table at the beginning to tell us to remind our waiter that we have a 10% off due to the wait time, which was a pleasant surprise.

Hana Don Japanese Cuisine & Bar
One of the very best in town! Came here for the first time with my family and was blown away by the quality of their food. Every dish was great and the rice in the dons are SO GOOD that I can literally not eat anything else and still be satisfied. There are so many things on the menu I still want to try so will definitely be coming back again!
