I have been a customer since the start 2017-2018 and will no longer be recommending Swift net as a internet service provider in my area, I am sorry to all the people I have recommended and have switched over through the years, if you are experiencing the same as I am. Ever since they have paired up with CCL the customer service has went way down hill. I have been having issues for a while now and it seems every time I call in they give you the run around that the issue has to be your fault or the trees in the field across the road, I paid to have the tower on my house at the start so that it would not be an issue and that the signal could clear them, they have made 2 appointments to come out and check my radio, but they will call back and say it was actually a frequency issue on there end and say it looks like your having better signal and cancel your tech appointment, without checking your radio. I was at work so I could not confirm the better signal but when I got home still had to use my wifi hotspot on my phone for internet. If your looking into a rural internet provider maybe look elsewhere, or at least until they can fix there issue with customer service and get it back to runing like they did at the start and actually cared about their customers

These guys are light years ahead of the competition. They communicate and are super reliable.

This company tried randomly charging me 260$ out of the blue and when I tried to speak to them about it they would hang up on me and not answer any of my emails! Bank determined it was fraud and gave me my money back ! Do not use this internet provider. Also very slow internet

Right during cancellation they tacked on a final extra charge after they attempted to run an expired credit card.

great service during work hours but having issue getting problems resolved out of 9-5 hours.

We purchased this internet last month and it exceeded our expectations in both speed and installation service.
