Extremely happy with all aspects of service and workmanship at Performance Collision. The office staff were efficient, knowledgable and always pleasant. The paint job was under warranty from Toyota as result of a defect in adhesion of certain white paint colours. I was so excited when I picked up my car today, it looked like a brand new (10 year old) car!

I had my car fixed 2 times now here. Both were from hit and runs. Service and workmanship have been suburb. Today I picked it up and was so happy at how clean my car was, inside and outside and they even shined the tires. It’s the little things that matter. Administration were so friendly and helped out so much. Definitely recommend!!

Be wary of this business. I had a bad experience with them. I needed a new driver's side mirror on my Mercedes. While it sat in the back lot awaiting parts, it was vandalized by rocks thrown over the fence. Apparently this was not the first time that this had happened. John Scetta the manager called me to come and look at it" so that I could make a claim to my insurance company-this was my problem not his. I asked about security cameras/police report. He said that they don't have cameras and will not be filing a police report-my insurance company will handle it. And they did! Completely writing off my car. Although a 2011

Had my car twice here for accidental damage repair. It’s been a pleasant experience and I have no complaints with performance collision. They’ve given my car back in perfect condition and have made the process as easy as possible. The only negative experience has been with enterprise rent a car and I will never be using them ever again.

Highly recommend using this collision center! We hit a deer with a new truck causing extensive front end damage while on vacation. They did absolutely everything they could to get us our vehicle back including sourcing parts from multiple places as it is a new vehicle and supply is low. We worked with Jenny, Candace and the manager John and all of them were superb. Communication was excellent with weekly updates and answering any questions we had in between. We are very happy with the results.

I cannot fully express my gratitude to John Scetta and his team for so efficiently reattaching my front bumper and grill after I tore it off while reversing over a high kerb stone - it was barely hanging on when I took the car in. This is not the first time that John has greatly helped me. A number of years ago I was t-boned by a truck and John took over all of the paperwork required for insurance companies and rental car. I’m forever grateful. Thank you John and your team for turning yesterdays bad situation into a positive experience - from my first frantic phone call until resolution, all in 24 hrs. Amazing service and individuals.

I had work done here a few years ago and I would not recommend this shop , poor paint work. 1 year later paint on bumper coming off , it was not even primed , probably used adhesion promoter without primer. Also used a after market bumper.I would not recommend this shop, this is what happens when insurance companies recommend these places. They fix it the cheapest way and use aftermarket parts that's already been primed with that cheap paint.It's hard to find a good body shop!Go to premier collusion in Niagara falls they do a professional job, not like these hackers.

Dealing with John, and all the reception ladies was a pleasurable experience! Everyone was friendly, helpful knowledgeable and my beautiful Rogue is all fixed and looks beautiful! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to this establishment!
