Excellent Customer service from the start to the end. I had called and not knowing much about tires, Cody was excellent and patient and gave me all my options and also gave me his personal recommendations which I appreciated as I am not very knowledgeable with winter tires. When I went to drop my car off, they were very friendly, and did a great job. It was a surprise at the end to learn they also took Air Miles. Had a fantastic experience, will definitely be back!

Was charged 50$ to mount and balance 1 passenger car tire. A shop across the street was 20$ per tire plus taxes. I will never go to this rip off establishment again.

The Service Manager, Cody Sawatzky, deserves a raise and promotion for how well of a worker he is. Cody is efficient, knowledgeable, communicative and executes his job in a professional manner. I personally recommend him and his services as I had no complaints working with him whatsoever.

Went in and waited about 20-30 minutes and they quickly fixed my tire. Very friendly and efficient. Will be back again.

We drove in with a flat they helped right awayy. Put on the spare . Have to go back tomorrow for a new tire . Very fast and efficient

Amazing service. Everyone knew what they were doing. Prices were reasonable.Alden is great and so are the workshop staff. Fixed all problems and got me the tires I wanted. Also fixed a problem from the last shop I went to.

Using the online self booking tool, I went in for a scheduled appointment at noon on Wednesday, Nov 9th to have my rear passenger tire repaired. According to FT’s online direction at the time of booking, the approximate time allotted to patch up the tire was 45 minutes.I told the agent that ill be across the street at a coffee shop and to give me a ring once it’s complete and I’ll be right over. I also had one last request to have an inspection done on all the tires to minimize any complications while I’m on the road. The agent nodded and said “we will get all of that done for you”At the coffee shop, I decided to pick a window seat and every so often would glance at FT across the street. It wasn’t until half passed the hour that my truck was moved from the parking area and brought inside the bay entitled “Inspection”At 1:40pm, approximately one hour and 40 minutes after my drop that the inspection bay opened and my vehicle was brought out. With no one in the front parking area of FT, the agent driving my vehicle left into the building (with all the doors to the bays closed) leaving my driver door wide open and fully exposing to a busy street. I can’t confirm if the vehicle was still running, I suspect it was. As I watch, sip on my coffee, I time close to three minutes of this occurrence and get up to go walk over to FT. I was furious.By the time I get there, the vehicle was parked with the door closed. I walk inside and make my way to the keurig machine located in the waiting room lounge next to the front agent reception. I place a k cup into the machine and tell myself to cool my S!/t.The driver/agent that I dealt with at intake was no where to be found. There was another agent sitting behind the desk that reached for the landline and called a number. My cell rang, the display said Fountain Tire and I looked at him and said “I’m right here”He was pleasant to deal with, took my payment, and provided me with confirmation that my rear passenger tire was patched up.There was no follow up with me on the inspection of all the wheels on my truck as requested at intake.I didn’t ask either as I made a promise to myself at the keurig machine to only speak a max of five words while being inside the establishment. Enough for a “thank you” and I already used up three saying “I’m right here”Overall, my truck runs well and the core concern was dealt with. Thank you for this.Action steps going forward:a) do not leave customer vehicle doors open and unattended outside of the bayb) things requested by customer at intake to be followed by a discussion at the end prior to paymentc) Customer to be made aware if longer time other than what’s stated on the online tool will be taken to inspect and rectify the matterd) Improving overall agent to client interaction with a strong emphasis on customer centred care is needed

Earlier this week, my mom went to get her tires fixed due to a leak. She bought them roughly 2 years ago from this location and wanted to see if there was some kind of warranty, since they were still pretty new and there were no punctures. The guy told her that she had 2 tires that couldn't be fixed and there's no more warranty. so he quoted her upwards of $1000.00 for 2 new tires. she was shocked because that's around the price range of what she paid for for all 4 tires. She had no choice, agreed and would've paid for them. after a few moments of her sitting there, he all of a sudden brought the price down to just over $300 for the 2 tires.Question is, what kind of scam was he trying to pull on her? she is older/senior, came alone and doesn't have much knowledge about tires.Maybe he was trying to take advantage of her, and then had a change of heart? I'm not sure, but this is the reason why a lot of people have trust issues with mechanics/service technicians these days.

I purchased 2 new tired and had them installed, balanced and it cost ~$850, not bad. They didn't bother to clean the rim and installed andd balanced as it was. Drooped it off for 9AM but they didn't bother to call me to let me know it was ready. I call them at 12ish to get an update and was told it was done. I don't think I would go to this location in the future to purchase my rims and 10 ply tires for my jeep Grand Cherokee.
