After reading the reviews, I was a bit turned off thinking that this place might not be great quality. We decided to try it out anyway because my daughter was celebrating her birthday at Clip 'n Climb, and good thing we did! This restuarant is great! We had a large party and everyone left with smiles. The atmosphere was relaxing and very clean. The waiter was friendly, professional, and down to earth. The fries were excellent: made with fresh potatoes, including skins. I ordered a chicken wrap; the veggies were all crispy and fresh; the chicken was grilled and good quality. We had spaghetti with marinara, which was very tasty and well made.We'll be back.

My boyfriend and I went into the restaurant and sat down at an empty table. There were maybe 3 other tables of people in the entire place. After 15 minutes I went up to the bar and asked for menus. I was given the menu for the concession stand. I looked over that menu and went back up to the bar asking for the full menu. The rude guy behind the counter told me that it was the full menu (I've been there before and know it wasn't the correct menu) I went and sat back down with my boyfriend. 15 minutes later still nobody had come to our table to see if we wanted drinks or if we would like to order. The waitress was to busy laughing and joking with the table next to us. She completely ignored us and walked right by our table at least a dozen times. When we said excuse me to her for about the fourth time she continued to act like we weren't even sitting there so we got up and left. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

We were here for a hockey tournament. There seemed to be one waitress for the entire place. We waited 45 minutes for our food and that was because we asked multiple times on the timing for the food. Mot sure how long it would be. The waitress seemed bothered to be working. We were given no silverware so we asked other tables for theirs because we could not find the server. This places is over priced 4.50 for a standard piece of pepperoni pizza. Not returning.

There is a guy who pushes around he drink cart that is very unpleasant and rude. When parents just want to watch their kids play hockey I see this employee say that the chair can't be used (even if absolutely nobody is at the dining tables).Then if the hockey parents take more than 30 seconds to do as he says he yells at them.Like - why would anyone want to support this place after that?

Why would someone leave one star ? They have the best poutine in Windsor (I am from Montreal so I'm an expert on the matter) and a de-li-cious California Turkey Burger. Everytime I go I get excellent service and chat with the friendly staff. I'm thinking who ever put a bad review had personal issues with the owner or something... Definetly recommend

The wait staff was horrible. Screwed up a very small order, did not bring condiments to the table, mixed up the bill. The food was burnt.

Bad and slow service. Also change the name to cheetah and lion. Waiter took out dawgs and slapped ‘em on da table. There was a hare in my food

Tried to get food at concession. Trying to watch kids play on ice so when an employee after 4 minutes waiting finally walks by and has something more important to do and tell me to wait a minute ( I think it was cell phone) You basically said go f myself. Never spending any money in the future.Update I've now been told by two different employees someone will be with me in a minute. Horrific service
