Les médecins sont toujours en retard. Les réceptionnistes sont irrespectueux, comment tu peux me dire : Dis lui toi-même. Comme si je communique avec les médecins par messages texte.

Went to get covid vaccine, appointment at 4:10pm and waited till 5:30pm, super disorganized. Reception just tells you to wait, there is no order on calling the names. What's the point of taking appointment? Staff don't speak English, and made me think I got discriminated by the nurse because of it, most people arrived after me got the vaccinated before me. Horrible horrible expeirence. Never come here, there are plenty of better options around.

Until 30 weeks of pregnancy I saw my doctor only twice. After emergency I also couldn’t get an appointment with my doctor, another doctor saw me instead. Not impressed, and very disappointed. When I felt really bad with heart pumping out of my chest in the waiting room and being out of breath (after emergency) waiting for my appointment with not my doctor, I came to secretary asking to at least have my appointment on time and I was told that I should be thankful that I was not sent to triage of St Luc, and that nothing could be done at that point. I stayed there suffering and waiting, and I was taken one hour late. I don’t wish anyone to go through my experience. I have never in my life encountered such indifferent attitude. This is my second pregnancy, and so far I feel absolutely alone with my problems, without any adequate help from doctors. At the end of the day I have been diagnosed with low B-12 and low ferritin, which didn’t improve and even dropped more after one month of taking Iron. This is another story though....P.S. A little update. I missed my postpartum appointment due to the fact that my husband was hospitalized that day. The next day I took appointment for another date. Shortly after secretary called me with information that it has been canceled and that I should go to my family doctor. So I dont get any follow up with my gynecologist after delivery.Overall, I’m completely not satisfied with their services. Each time you have to wait hours even if you have a scheduled appointment and only 2 people in the waiting room, level of follow-up is very low. Hopefully never anymore!

Je n'avais pas eu de problème à celui sur de la Visitation, mais à celui-là, le pire service de tous les CLSC où j'ai été à Montréal (plus de cinq).Mauvaise communication, on nous met de la pression à leur répondre quand eux ne sont pas disponible et on doit se répéter sans-cesse. Sur des patients en situation de vulnérabilité, surtout en santé mentale, c'est un manque d'empathie et d'éthique professionnelle totale.

I have a very bad experience there as they cancelled appointment twice without advanced note without giving a reason. Really bad secretaries and hard to get in touch with; I have never seen this before

Vraiment un excellent service de Véronique l'infirmière. Je ne peut pas en dire autant de tout le personnel car malheureusement j'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec une autre infirmière qui a insisté pour ne pas suivre les conseils de mon médecin et fournir des traitements supplémentaires inutiles qui ont aggravé mon état. Je n'ai pas aimé le fait qu'elle ait continué à insister sur la procédure même quand j'ai dit que j'étais mal à l'aise. Je serais prudent d'aller ici pour cette raison car les conseils médicaux donnés étaient en contradiction avec les conseils de mon spécialiste et cela me mettait très mal à l'aise. Nos infirmières sont si précieuses pour notre communauté et font un excellent travail et je l'apprécie tellement..... Je me sens juste très mal à l'aise que cette expérience puisse arriver à quelqu'un d'autre et je vous conseillerais de consulter votre médecin avant d'accepter tout traitement différent ou supplémentaire suggéré. Cela m'aurait évité bien des paniques.

Mauvais service d accueil pour le suivi de grossesse. Très difficile de trouver des rdv tout au long du suivi. Delais d attente sur place insoutenable à chaque rdv (et il y en a beaucoup) ! Ils n appellent pas pour prévenir de l éventuel retard, ce qui serait le minimum..Aucun stationnement prévu pour les patients et l enfer pour trouver une place aux alentours.Les médecins sont en revanche compétents et à l écoute bien qu ils soient difficile à joindre lorsqu'on en a de besoin ! Une ligne téléphonique direct ou un courriel serait idéal ! Le CLSC mériterait aussi un d'être remis à neuf !

CLSC des Faubourgs Parthenais/Rouen: se présenter à 8am pour avoir un numéro pour consulter un médecin. Les consultations débutent à midi! Besoin d'un rendez-vous avec un(e) infirmier(ière)? Le personnel répond aux normes de qualité de soins telles qu'exigées dans le milieu de la santé d'aujourd'hui! Le personnel est ponctuel, courtois et le service est confidentiel! Soyez assuré(e)s de leur compétence! Vous serez entre de bonnes mains.
