I went into MNP to discuss my overwhelming debt. Lisa Hanes was excellent to deal with; she was professional, understanding, and very knowledgeable. She reviewed multiple options with me and answered the many questions I had. I have recommended a few friends to MNP, and specifically Lisa. The office is very nice and all staff are friendly.

Candace was amazing! She helped make a difficult process easy. She explained everything clearly to us. Answered all my emails quickly. There was no judgement, only support. I have already recommended her to my brother and he had the same experience. I would recommend her to everyone. PS: No one should ask for money up front to provide this service.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and understanding of my situation. They were available if I had any follow up questions, replied to my questions quickly. They have you go through credit counselling to ensure you change your habits and form a budget to help you manage your money. They follow up with you after you have your first session to see how you are progressing and really care about you and want to help you succeed.

I have dealt with these guys twice now and not once did I feel undervalued. They are very friendly and make feel comfortable with your decisions, they have help through tough times and they are very accommodating when its comes to payments. I am very happy to be dealing with this company. I would diffinitly recommend this company to anyone in finance distress!!!

I went to MNP in Nov 2019 in order to get my finances in order. They were very responsive and diligent in assigning me a personal trustee and walking me through the entire process. They were ready to help whenever I had a question and were prompt and thorough in finding me the best possible solutions.I would recommend them to anyone going through similar troubles.
